Amazon Prime Releases “This Is Football” Documentary Series

Amazon has released “an emotionally-charged, six-part documentary”, This is Football, that:

“explor[es] football’s extraordinary impact on the world. From the streets of Delhi to the fields of post-war Rwanda to the pitches of the Champions League, this globe-spanning series tells a unique story of the game and its power to unite countries, inspire generations and captivate billions.”

As reported on Deadline, the series, which launched in more than 200 countries and territories worldwide, was filmed across the globe from Iceland to Argentina, Spain to Rwanda and China to the United States, and features interviews with players, presidents and managers and “explore the emotions, stories, passions and triumphs behind the sport.”
